Northbridge Property Advisory was created to bridge the gap between Asia-based investors and UK residential property opportunities.
For many international investors, the UK market offers strong long-term potential but distance, unfamiliar systems, and inconsistent information can create uncertainty. Northbridge exists to remove that friction.

Craig leads Northbridge Property Advisory’s international advisory work, guiding overseas and expat investors through UK property strategy and acquisition with clarity and structure.
Based in Jakarta, with three years previously spent in Singapore, Craig works directly with Asia-based investors while established UK teams handle lettings, compliance, rent collection, and ongoing property management.
